  • Dada Sadananda
    Yogic monk, a teacher of yoga and meditation. Founder of the educational online project and YouTube channel “Meditationsteps”.

    Dada has been practicing yoga and meditation for 25 years. Since the year 2000 has been teaching yoga practices. Has given initiations and guides in yoga practice more than 2000 people. More than 80 000 people have learned the basic technic of meditation with the Basic Course. Has taught more than 60 instructors of yoga and basic course of meditation.

    Spent 3 years in the yogic monasteries in Sweden and India. Annually holds seminars all over the world. Founder and organizer of the Centre for overall development in Altai.
  • Nun, yoga and meditation teacher, yoga instructor, and certified alternative medicine specialist from Singapore.

    Didi has been practicing yoga in five traditions for over 30 years and teaching internationally. She has led detox retreats with over 300 participants and holds certifications from five countries. Passionate about holistic wellness, she blends yoga with aromatherapy, massage, and fitness, sharing her expertise at global conferences.

What will we do at the retreat?
Daily collective spiritual practices
Daily asana classes, yogic dances Kaoshiki and Tandava
Lectures on spiritual philosophy, Q&A sessions, practical advice from acaryas
Satsaunga – interacting with the like-minded people, Karma-yoga
Gong meditation
Healthy and delicious food (vegetarian, vegan, raw)
